1. Cancellations
Expedited order can not be canceled.Other order placed beyond 48 hours can not be canceled.

2.1 We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2.2 To start a return, you can email us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Generally, orders shipped from China by DHL, UPS, TNT express are in transit for 7-9 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping method you have selected. We are able to offer a more specific estimate when you are choosing your shipping method at checkout.

Orders are usually dispatched within 7-25 business days of payment of order.
For heavily beaded items or highly embellished designs, the season, holidays, as well as major changes to one of our designs can sometimes potentially add to these estimated production times.

If you refuse to to pay duties and taxes upon arrival at your destination country, the goods will be returned to us at the customers expense, and the customer will receive a refund for the value of goods paid, minus the cost of the return shipping and other fee occurred. The cost of the initial shipping will not be refunded.
Generally, we will declare the package with a lower value than the actual amount you paid. If you have any requirements on the declared value, please contact us.
4.3 EU VAT Changes 2021
From July 1st, 2021, the EU VAT rules are changing. VAT exemptions on low-value goods are removed. VAT would be charged on all packages imported to the EU, regardless of the value.
