Return and Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Viniodress. We are dedicated to providing beautiful, high-quality dresses and clear policies to ensure your shopping experience is smooth and satisfying.

Eligible Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order, only for items priced under $300 and available in standard sizes 2-12. To qualify for a return, the item must be unworn, unaltered, undamaged, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items:
All items including priced above $300, the wedding dress collection, custom orders cannot be returned. 

Measurements:
Most returns are due to sizing issues. To prevent this, please carefully review the size chart provided on each product page and double-check your measurements before ordering. If you are unsure about your size or need further guidance, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

Return Process:
If you need to request a return, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days after receiving your order.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we’ll send you the detailed return instructions.
Please note that customers are responsible for the return shipping fee, and the package must be sent back to the original warehouse.
For orders shipped from China, the return must be sent to our Chinese facility.

Refunds:
Refunds(with original shipping, tax, and 10% restocking fee deducted) will be issued back to your original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process after approval.

Order Cancellation:
Orders cannot be canceled once placed. If a cancellation is insisted upon, only a partial refund will be issued after deducting applicable fees and incurred costs.
